Vegetable Herb Bread

1 1/8 c Water
1 tb Butter or margarine
1/3 c Diced onion
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Sage
2 ts Dried thyme
1/3 c Diced celery, including leafy top
3 c Bread flour
2 ts Rapid or quick yeast


Yield: 1 1/2 lb loaf

Note: It is a wonderful, spicy, light-textured and colored bread which can be used for leftover turkey sandwiches. Watch dough for moisture.
