Triple Oat Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf:
1 1/4 c Water; plus 1 tablespoon
1 tb Canola oil
1 tb Honey
3 tb Molasses
1 1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Whole wheat flour; (4.1 ozs)
1/2 c Flour, unbleached; (2.6 ozs)
3 tb Gluten, wheat
1 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Oat flour
1/2 c Oat bran
3 tb Whey; powdered
2 ts Active dry yeast


Put ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed, or in the reverse order if the manual for your machine calls for dry ingredients first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light setting (or the equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start.
