Swedish Rye Bread Gluten Free

Dry ingredients:
1 c Brown rice flour
2 c White rice flour
1 1/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder
3 ts Xanthan gum
1 ts Grated orange peel
1 ts Salt
1/8 c Brown sugar
1 ts Granulated sugar
4 ts Caraway seeds
1 pk Dry yeast


Wet ingredients:
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Light molasses
1 1/2 c Warm water
1/4 c Melted margarine


Combine and whisk all dry ingredients together. Combine and whisk all wet ingredients together. Place dry and wet ingredients into your bread machine in the order the manufacturer suggests.
