Russian Health Bread

2 ts Yeast
1 c Wheat flour
1 c Bread flour
5/8 c Rye flour
1/2 c Wheat gluten
1/4 c Oat bran or wheat bran
1/8 c Oats; not instant
1 ts Salt
1 tb Dried onions
2 tb Cocoa powder
1/4 c Molasses
2 2/3 tb Lecithin or your favorite fat
1 1/3 c Water or coffee or flat beer
1 1/3 tb Apple cider vinegar at the beep add:
2 tb Dried onions
2 ts Caraway seed
1/4 ts Fennel seed


Bake in the bread machine or in your oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
