Potato Bread

1 c Potatoes; cooked, mashed
1 c potato water
3 tb Oil, vegetable
1 ts salt
1 1/3 tb Sugar
2 c Flour, bread
2 c Flour, whole wheat bread
2 ts Yeast
1/2 c Cheese, cheddar; grated


Add first eight ingredients to ABM in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle. After first kneading cycle, add cheddar cheese. Complete cycle.

Note: If you prefer an all white bread, substitute bread flour for the whole wheat flour. Do not exceed, however, 2 or 3 cups of the bread flour depending on the capacity of your machine.
