Kraut Rye Bread

3 c White flour
1 c Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1 tb Yeast
4 tb Gluten Flour
4 tb Sugar
2 1/2 tb Dry milk
2 tb Veg. oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain; chop fine;loosely packed
1 1/4 c Water; warmed

Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep!
