Raisin Bread Gluten Free

Dry ingredients:
1 c Brown rice flour
2 c White rice flour
1 1/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder
3 1/2 ts Xanthan gum
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon; optional
1 c Raisins; dark or light
1 pk Dry yeast
1/2 c Sugar
Wet ingredients:
2 Eggs; beaten
1 3/4 c Warm water
1/4 c Margarine


Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine. Add the nuts and fruits according to your personal preference or according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use the fruit bread setting.
