Brioche Dough

1/16 c Milk
5 tb Butter
2 1/2 Eggs
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts salt
4 c Flour, bread
2 1/2 ts Yeast


Add ingredients to ABM in order listed. Select dough cycle and begin.

Remove dough to floured surface. Divide dough into 16 large balls and pinch off a small portion of each large ball to form an equal nu mber of small balls. Place large balls of dough into muffin tins; press down in the center of each one to form an indentation into which you place a small ball of dough. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Brush tops with a mixture of 1 beaten egg and 1 tb sugar; bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
