Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

1 lb loaf:
1 1/2 ts Yeast
2 c Bread flour
2 ts Lemon zest; grated
1 tb Poppy seeds
3/4 ts Salt
4 ts Sugar
2 tb Powdered milk; plus
1 ts Powdered milk
2 ts Butter or margarine
1/2 c Water
1 lg Egg
1 tb Lemon juice


Glaze:
2 ts Butter or margarine; softened
1 tb Grated lemon zest
4 tb Powdered sugar
2 ts Lemon juice


Place all ingredients in machine and push start! After bread has cooled, make glaze and drizzle on top and sides of loaf.
