Jalapapeno Corn Bread

2 LB. LOAF
1 c Plus 2 tab. water
2 tb Soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 tb Chopped jalapeno chili
3/4 c Frozen whole kernal corn; thawed
3 2/3 c Bread flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
2 tb Sugar
1 3/4 ts Salt
2 ts Bread machine yeast


Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
