Hi-Speed 100% Whole Wheat Bread

2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Powdered milk
1 1/2 tb Cooking oil
3 tb Molasses
1 1/8 c Hot tap water (fill the included measuring cup all the way to the top)
3 c Whole wheat flour

Measure the first 6 ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Holding the pan by the handle, twist your hand back and forth to swish the ingredients together about 10 times.

Add the flour, 1 cup at a time, and swish the pan again after each addition. By the time you put the pan in the machine, the yeast will already be bubbling merrily away.

Select the BREAD RAPID setting and install the pan. Push the START pad and come back when it's finished.
