Cracked Wheat-Honey Bread

1/2 c Cracked Wheat
1/2 c Boiling Water
3 c Flour, bread
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Yeast
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Warm Milk
2 tb Honey
1 tb Oil


Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour water over cracked wheat; set aside. Let cool to lukewarm. (Note: about as long as it takes to do the rest of the recipe.)

To baking pan add remaining ingredients, reserving cracked wheat until last. Bake on medium temperature; start machine.

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
