Choice Rye Bread

2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
2 c First clear flour
2 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 tb Sugar
1 1/4 c White rye flour
1/2 c Sour cream
2 ts Caraway seeds
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Water
3 tb Water

All ingredients must be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". Check the condition of the dough ball after 10 minutes and add additional water as may be required (the dough ball should be rough and dry).
