Challah Dough

1 1/3 c water
2 1/2 Eggs
2 2/3 tb Oil, vegetable
2 2/3 tb Sugar
2 ts salt
4 c Flour, bread
2 1/2 ts Yeast
For Brushing:
1 Eggs; beaten
Seeds, poppy; optional

Add ingredients in order listed to ABM and select dough cycle.

Divide dough into 3 pieces; roll them into strands and braid them. Cover and let rise for approximately 45 minutes. Brush top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds, if you wish. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
