Buttermilk Bread

1 lb loaf:
1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Margarine
2 tb Honey
7/8 c Buttermilk (see note)

For 1 1/2 lb Loaf:
2 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Margarine
3 tb Honey
1 1/8 c Buttermilk (see note)

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on light crust setting. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. From Rehberg & Conway, Bread Machine Magic. NOTE: If desired, use buttermilk powder and water.
