Basic Whole Wheat Bread

1 lg Egg; plus:
Water to equal one cup
2 tb Butter; room temp
1/4 c Molasses
2 tb Honey
1/2 c Cornmeal; yellow
2 c Flour; whole-grain wheat
1 c Flour; white
1 1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 ts Yeast


The recipe calls for extra large egg, placed in a 1 cup measure, plus enough warm water to measure 1 cup liquid total.

Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread and press start.

Check the dough after the first 10 minutes of kneading - adding tablespoon increments of the white flour if the dough appears very moist.
