Aloha Bread

1/4 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
1 ts Salt
1 tb Packed brown sugar
1 c Drained canned unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 tb Margarine or butter softened
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1 tb Dry milk
1/3 c Pecan halves
1/4 c Shredded coconut
1 1/2 ts Regular active dry yeast


This recipe can be doubled for a 2 lb. loaf. Follow the instructions for using the basic bread setting that came with your breadmaker. Drain 1 can (15-ounces) crushed pineapple in juice (reserve juice) to give the amount of juice and pineapple needed for this recipe.
