Cheddar Cheese Bread

1/2 c Water
1 1/2 tb Canola oil
1 1/2 tb Honey
2 tb Chives; dried
1/2 c Cottage cheese; low-fat
1/3 c Cheddar cheese (extra sharp); grated
1 lg Egg
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour; unbleached
3/4 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Powdered milk
1 1/2 ts Sea salt; fine
2 ts Yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
