Wheat Pecan and Raisin Bread

1 lb loaf:
3/4 c Water
1 3/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Butter
1 tb Dry milk; (Or Equiv Liquid Milk, Adj Water)
1 ts Yeast
1/4 c Raisins
1 3/4 oz Pecans; Crushed


This is for a 'medium' (1 lb) loaf for the Hitachi. The raisins and pecans are added after the first kneading, about 25 minutes into the cycle.
