Rye Bread

1 1/2 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Kosher salt
2 tb Caraway seeds
1 1/2 tb Oil
1 1/2 tb Barley malt syrup
1 Eggs
1/2 c Dr. Benjamin's Rye Bread Starter
1/2 c Water

Honey can be substituted for the barley malt syrup. Pour all ingredients into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
