Fall Harvest Bread

1 lb loaf:


1/2 c Water
2 c White bread flour
1 tb Dry milk
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1/2 tb Maple syrup
1/2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Canned pumpkin
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 c Pumpkin seeds
2 ts Yeast (active dry)


*** Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin - not pie filling.
