Cinnamon Raisin Bread

10 oz Warm water
1 ts Salt
2 tb Butter; softened
2 tb Dry milk
1 tb Dough enhancer; or vital wheat gluten
2 tb Sugar
3 c Bread flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Dry yeast for regular timed loaf or 3 ts Dry yeast for rapid rise loaf
3/4 c Raisins; (added at the beep)

All ingredients at room temperature (70-80=F) Water should be warm (100-110=F)
