Cheddar and Chive Bread

2/3 c Water
2 tb Canola oil
1 tb Honey
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
2 lg Eggs
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour; unbleached
3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Powdered milk
2 tb Chives; dried
1 1/2 ts Sea salt; fine
2 1/2 ts Active dry yeast


Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.

Makes a 1. 5 pound loaf.
