Sourdough Honey Bread, Gluten Free

Dry ingredients:
3 c Gourmet blend
1 c Nonfat dry milk
3 1/2 ts Xanthan gum
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 pk Dry yeast

Wet ingredients:
2 Eggs; beaten
3/4 c Sourdough starter
7/8 c Warm water
3/4 c Ricotta cheese
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Melted margarine
1 ts Rice vinegar

Combine and whisk all dry ingredients together. Add to machine.

Option: Add 3 tbs. melted margarine to top of loaf when removed from the machine.
