Sourdough Sesame Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf:
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1/2 c Sesame seeds
1 c Whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 Egg
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Honey
5 oz Warm water
1/2 c Sourdough starter


1 Lb. Loaf
1 ts Active dry yeast
5 tb Sesame seeds
3/4 c Whole-wheat flour
1 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
4 ts Lemon juice
4 ts Honey
3 1/2 oz Warm water
1/4 c Sourdough starter


NOTES: 1. For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. 2. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 3/4 cup of warm water for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
