Easy Potato Bread

1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Flour, bread
3 tb Potato flakes
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1/2 c Milk
5/8 c Water; warm

Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 12 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
