Potato chive Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf:
1 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine -- Softened
3 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Potato Flakes
1/4 Cup Fresh Chives -- Chopped or 2 T Freeze-dried
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 3/4 tsp Yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
